| Yeah, I don't know how they do that. I'm guessing a very friendly agent who is teaching them how to scam the system(by having dryland or irrigated in wife's name). I've been over this with mine and they know my concerns, but I guess they aren't willing to be a party to fraud. I even joked about putting farms with low APH's in someone else's name for a few years to eliminate old yields and was informed that is viewed as akin to fraud as well. I know there are some with friendly agents who are "in on" the scam who are either looking the other way, or actively engaged in it, but I guess I'm not going to play that game. | |
