We have a mitsubishi mini split going in end of the week. Looked hard online at doing it myself, most of the better name brands all had stipulations on warranty for it being certified tech installed. I have national cert for ac work, but havent filled out state certs yet or have proper equipment so just opted for pay someone else to install. Plus guy that is installing has gone to mits classes and that gets us 7 year warranty over standard 5 year.
