Subject: RE: watering trees

Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
I planted a 200' row this spring. Cost about $40 for enough drip tubing to get 100' out to the trees, emitters, pressure regulator, etc. I just ran one 1/2 inch line the length of the row with two 2 gph emitters at each tree. Turn it on for a day or two once every week or two. Cheap, easy and local box store had everything on the shelf. Trees look good and they were planted into dry dirt and we don't get enough rain here in the summer to wet the ground.
