I don't know if anyone still sells a 50 pound bag but the last seed I planted was 2250 seeds per pound and weighted 62 pounds per bag. Buying that in a 50 pound bag would have been a rip off. I plant beans by population not weight. I like knowing how many seeds are in a bag and how many bags I'm going to need without needing to be concerned with seed size.
