No, you can't control the rain. However, I don't feel that I am totally at rains' mercy. I try to concentrate on doing the best I can to be in position to take advantage of the rain.
We finally got 1.5 inches last night here in NC KS. I think it was pretty widespread and very, very much needed for everyone. I had hay down, but I'll take the rain.
