A few years ago I appeared to have the same problem, looked like crap coming up after using Valor. Were late coming up, had a funny tint to them, were patchy in spots coming up. Come October they were the best beans I have ever raised. Unless your stand is really poor coming up I wouldn't worry too much about it.
