What % of the wind is harvested in an 'average' wind farm? Does it pull out 1%, 10%, 1/100% of the wind passing by?
That would kinda give an answer, or a possibility.
Then, there is so & so much water in the air. If it rains less 'here', does it rain more 'there' to make up for it? Or does the air hold more water from the windmill effect?

I don't know the answer, but I don't know why a large building wouldn't cause the same issue as a wind farm?
