Subject: RE: More likely since the govt owns bout

New Mexico
1.1 billion acres of the usa and does NOT manage their land but "saves" it to death with over growth timber, that may be causing some desertification problems.

Weather in the usa moves west to east and most that govt land is in the western usa.

What happens is the over grown areas ( say 50,000 trees per acre on a lot of it ) tend to Wick Out moisture that would have moved east in the natural weather pattern.

SOO you still get some weather, but benerally less moisture in said weather.

Since it's basically illegal to log timber in the Western usa, eventually a bunch of this will simply burn.
( fires hot enough and with enough of their own power that it's basically impossible to put em out without some help from mother nature and granted they tend to burn till they run out of fuel too )
