ECMN | Glad to hear you're okay. Just thinking about the miles the bolt has to travel and then the final target it chooses (or probably target "S" in most cases when it spreads out into multiple fingers) that is scary!! Did you feel weird before it struck? In my other home in KS the rain was pouring and I wanted to look out. When I approached the switch for the light outside our patio door lightning struck a willow out back. My arm was all tingly and the hair stood up. That was close enough for me. I know on the interstate outside of that same town a compact car was struck knocking a hole in the roof. The 2 occupant were very scared but no physical harm. Better stop here someone will be griping that it's not machinery related.
