North Dakota
yea, i checked the distance in the yard on road, distance on a few seeds was 7.5 which is what it says it should be, but in other spots distance is longer. problem is seed is bouncing off ground and laying all over the place and seed firmers are spitting seeds to side cus its just riding on top of ground which makes it an inaccurate check. so i planted some in field and checked, same difference but some seed was difficult to find in the ground and after awhile of digging around i figured its there im either diggin it up not seeing it or just not finding it. New fingers should not be skipping and i hand checked every one with seed before i put units on planter. seed weights 58 pounds and there rounds so i set brush to setting 2 on meters. i didnt measure spacing on 26,100 setting just checked it and spacing seems to be good.
