Ohio | I watched that video. Everything could possibly be done to make it fail was applied.
1. 10,000 pound lift was loaded to 15,000 pounds.
2. The arms carrying the weight was way off center of lift posts.
I believe 10,000 pounds means 10,000 pounds maximum, if you need to lift a 15,000 vehicle buy a 15,000 pound capicity lift. And proper use of centering load on the posts and four arms are a must do. I guess you can video anything and make it break when improperly loaded. | |
