| "Chuckle"
Me too Mike. Our household had breakfast/dinner/supper. But at school it was always lunch at noon. Lunch DOES seem to apply to a "limited" type dinner, but when the farm wives put lunch on for a hard workin' crew, I have to call that dinner. And likewise with a large fancy evening meal, I have to call that dinner. But supper can be soup and a sandwich to steak with all the trimmings if it's just the family at home.
I think our school system and all the city-type ways have encroached on our lifestyle a little bit. Also, the internet and the modern era's far-reaching contacts have brought us all a little closer. | |
