I'm no theologian, but I'd venture that being as Jesus and the disciples were observing the traditional Jewish Passover, the meal took place after sundown.
Lamb, bitter herbs, unleavened bread and wine were on the menu. Not sure what else. Probably didn't have any dessert because they were supposed to be eating like folks on the run.
I bet it was tough to get pizza and a keg delivered in those days. ;-)
