Sodbustr - 4/21/2012 20:24. I agree with getting out of FHA, a 40 year note with low interest is still a 40 year note and a lot of interest over the lifetime of the note.

 

You don't have to take the entire 40 yrs to pay it off.

 

 




^^ you can pay ahead which would reduce the yield on the loan
