<p>If your at FSA I bet you do not have a hugh equity position. If you can borrow from any other bank with out a huge equity postion for less then 4.7% and a 20 year lock on interst for farm land I would be very surprised. Sure you maybe able to borrow 3% variable on a 20 year note. But what do you do if in 5 years if it goes to 10%. Can you says the 80's all overagain</p>
