I know the feeling. I have real good loan officers in my office but trying to expand is hard. Feeding cattle and putting in crops puts up against the loan limits so then it gets hard to expand meaning hard to get money if you see a good deal that you need to act on. Banks won't give you a yes cause FSA has first lien so they need security released, for FSA to release security you have to show cash flow and update paperwork if older than 60 or 90 days, by that time the deal is usually gone. Only thing is if things get bad I think they will do more to restructure my loan than a bank would be willing to. Cheap money is nice but the rest will really "test" you some days
