ummm, how much lower can u get your interest. i figured with a 300k dollar loan at 40 yrs your yearly payment with 4.625% interest will be $16,474 and 30 yrs at 3.4% will be $15,965, so i think u would actually have a cheaper payment if u can get a cheaper interest rate.
