We redid a 1560 last yr. I'm not sure but if I'm thinkin rite u can just drop the 4 bolts that attach each unit to the square shaft, undo the seed tube and drag em out. But they R heavier than hell and awkward to get ahold of. That way did seem a lil easier than sledgin on em while they are still attached. Either way good luck to you!
