Subject: CaseIH 8940 Overheating

I replaced a leaking radiator in an 8940 with an aftermarket radiator. (If it means anything part #AR9954.) I am told by the company that the aftermarket radiator meets or exceeds the original radiator. The old radiator had 5 rows tubes 3/4 in. wide, the new has 6 rows tubes 1/2 in. wide. Now the tractor runs hot when working in the field so much so that the alarm will go off. The tractor never ran hot before the radiator change. I have checked for dirt, etc. in the coolers in front of the radiator there isn't any. I have changed the stats, water pump, and fan clutch. I wish I could have my old radiator back. The company said they have been selling this radiator for over 5 years and have not had any problems. They would send me another radiator to exchange. What is the next step? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
