Good possibility as long as they have the same pin config in the plug ins, and same thread diameter in the valve body.
Remember to install it correctly in the flow meter body, or it won't read properly. Screw in till tight, then back out no more than 1/2 turn until the idents on the top of the sensor line up with the nh3 flow.
Fixed my valve problem, now having rate issues with Integra and NH3
