Grain is moving higher and Gary those big corn moves tend to carry cattle too.
Keep in mind the lftb ended up costing all of us $10+ cwt in the lean beef market.
Guess the consolidated end can fool consumers into previous pet food product sometimes, but no longer ALL the time.
The seasonal trend on cow beef is simply in a delayed correction up mode for the next 30 days.
Ussually lean grind peaks now, but instead took a hit because of the pink deal.
