SW Minnesota
That's true - dealer support is a big issue. There are many areas of the country that Agco would do better if they had a good dealer in that area. But on the other hand, I would drive 20-30 miles to do business with a dealer that appreciates my business and works with me vs. a dealer 5 miles away that acts like I owe him my business just because he's close by (and then gets all bent out of shape when I buy a piece of equipment somewhere else instead of from him). To me, the people behind the equipment (and their attitude) are just as important as the equipment itself. And I usually purchase used equipment and work on it myself so the physical/mechanical dealer support part in that case isn't as important to me (other than parts availability) as their personality.
