Oxford County, ON | I would encourage everyone, even if you have taken CPR in the past, to retake the course. Its a whole lot different than it used to be!
Red Cross would be a good route, they should be right up on things. Our fire station is due for our recertification in the next month or so and in the 7 years I've been on, they've changed at least 3 times. Biggest thing now is SPEED, not that once every 5 second stuff on TV. For adults, the target is now 7 repetitions of 30 beats plus 2 breaths in TWO minutes, and we've heard that it might be even faster this time around.
