X2 on having it done with a portable boring bar. Heavy machine repair shops do this often on scrappers and loader pivot bushings.
Did a couple but needed to pull wheels on one side to set up the bar.
Drill and tap the zerks in also and you can put them in with the shaft installed if you catch them soon enough.
