you are correct on the small town Ag banks......Heck, getting calls from various locations of country looking for incremental higher rates to deposit money, no just too interested, no demand for the money.
Starting to see neg. int rates paid on deposits in Bakken Oil Co .....Germany just sold bonds at Neg. Int. rates.
