Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot
Absolutely.

I have two kids, ages 2 and 4. Going to the library is a high point in their week. They get to pick out their own books, browse and overall I think it is just a good experience. I don't think you need a huge building. The one we use is only 10 miles away in Oregon, in part of the old city hall. Real small, one lady works there and another subs for her a few days a month. They rotate some of the newer books with other libraries in the county but have a good selection of older books, and lots of kid's books.

They also have a lot of good kid books, older ones. I'm guessing a lot of those aren't in digital format. I haven't read my kids many of the newer kid books that I thought were very good. Need a copyright date of pre 1960. ;)
