I've still never been completely satisfied when starting or stopping. I used the jumpstart for the Rawson and still had a skip or clump ( maybe I'm not fast enough on the clutch). PP also has a slowstart button.
Somebody had the idea on here a while back that there should be a mechanical drive set at your lowest population with an overunning clutch. Once the hydraulic motor reach RPMS it would take over. That would eliminate the skips. It would still pile some up on a quick stop though.
Best cure - don't ever stop in mid field. I've never been able to manage that one though. | |
