They call it a Tilt and Turn unit.
I got 2 of the 30" wide X 60" tall units factory mulled into a single unit.
These will double as a patio door. It will be about 18" off the floor and have an 18" casement on either side.
The unit is aluminum clad and looks great (through the wrapping anyway) but was almost $2500!!!
IT and the Ultimate outswing french door for the walkout basement were 1/3 of the total cost of ALL windows for the entire house.
I have 5 of the All-Ultrex Integrity(Marvin) windows installed in the walkout basement wall and am happy with how they went in and work/look. (2 sliders, 1 single hung and 2 casement).
