I live about one half mile from the old Oliver plant in Shelbyville, IL. A close relative worked in the office and was one of the last to leave when it closed. A sad day for this town.
Externally, the plant remains much as it was 36 years ago and has been repainted in the last few years -- silver and trimmed in Oliver Green !!!
