The Ann Arbor factory and products were purchased by Oliver in 1943. The factory at Shelbyville IL produced hay tools and later when the Battle Creek MI factory was closed in the early 60's, corn pickers, corn heads and later some irrigation equipment was built there. The last I heard P&H manufacturing was located in the buildings. 90%ret'd
