It is insurable-ish. Should you have a claim on the wheat, RMA will withhold 2/3 of the payment contingent on DC corn success. Should both crops fail, they will allow you to retain the 1/3 wheat payment and decide between receiving the remaining 2/3 or the DC corn payment.
