Southwest Ontario | I think it depends on how even the field is. Suppose the check variety yeilds the same every time. Then you could reasonably assume anything better, is better. But if the check variety drops a few bushels all the way across the plot, then I'd assume your best dirt is at the start of the plot, and draw conclusions from there. You will prolly see variations, I guess its up to you to decide how to interpret them.
But I don't think I understand how you guys say there is no replication, when the check variety is there 8 times. I'll assume because its only one field? | |
