Kooiker - There is a difference between laws that protect others from you vs a law that is to protect you from yourself.
That is my thought too. I can understand seatbelt laws for children under the age of 18, but once you are an adult it should be your own decision whether to wear a seat belt and live through a crash or not wear a seat belt and be thrown free of the crash and live. :)
Go to court vs Don't go to court????
