While I do plant a few other companies seed, Dekalb, year after year has the most consistent yeilding, higest test weight, lowest moisture corn on my farm.  It also helps that the dealer I deal with can beat almost anybody else's price on seed.  I get really tired of listening to everybody bash DK on this forum.  Not to say some of it isn't deserved, but all of the seed companies I deal with have issues and I probably have the fewest with DK.  I will gladly start in on First Choice and Syngenta if anybody really wants me to, but I'm trying to keep this post positive.  The proof each year is on the scale ticket.  This year will be interesting!
