Have been with the same bank for forty eight years, used to be everyone at the Bank knew you, since Wells Fargo took over the Bank, nobody knows you, all the tellers are part time college students, not even sure who the manager is anymore. The last time I had a problem they said I missed a payment, I got a letter from MCI wanting to what account to put the money in, never had an account with MCI, the bank had put the payment in the wrong account, even with the letter from MCI and a canceled check, the people at the bank kept telling me I must have mailed the payment to the wrong address, ended up in a fraud investigation since MCI was in bankruptcy and wouldn't respond to any correspondence. I started a loud sean with the bank manger and told her she needed some adult supervision, problem was resolved after a few months.
