Know some boys with the help of a LOT of beer cooked some coyote. I do not go around that bunch when they get to drinking !!!! Grandpa used to have holes in the end of his barn with nests for pidgeons. Just before the pidgeons would be big enough to fly, he would gather the squab and grandma would fix them in a dumpling type casserole. Melt in your mouth good !
