Illinois | Have you been able to even get back home? How long will it be before you can start a clean up? Sure thought about you all every time it rains here in Illinois. You were very generous to post your pictures and share in such a personal crisis. Talk at the local coffe shop (has always from day one of the COE saying they were going to flood you all) Compare dollar to dollar value of Cairo to what they flooded..... they made the wrong choice. not just for this year but the economic loss for years and years of vrt, yields and fertilizer. COE just like Epa no common sense
