Thanks for the responses. I will try to get this post to put our location up. Southern Central Ks. Our drill might render the crop unharvestable, thus meeting the crop insurance requirements. We had to modify our Sunflower drill to keep the chains from gettinmg knocked off when drilling harvested corn stalks. We can try it and see what the adjuster thinks. Be glad when this is all behind us. Am still wondering if the 520 stalk shrtedder would work on cotton stalks?
