The powermax should be loaded with sufficient surfactant up to 10 gallons per acre, and if you want excellent control of marestail use .6 oz Firstrate and AMS. I have saw it kill them 20" tall. I have one farm that is just eat up with them, had wheat on it, sprayed Harmony and dicambia in early spring, when the wheat was cut BOOM, here they come. These are going to get the .6 oz. rate as soon as it dries up, also I have been told there will be some residual at that rate.
