| If i did the math correctly, it was average 6.3lbs of acid per ton. What does your acid reccomend on rate/ton/moisture level. if it were me, 16% would have gotten 6lbs./ton 24 would have gotten 8lbs and 30 would have gotten 16lbs. If it was stem moisture. So, I would be a little nervous, but stack it loose, cant really do anything about it now but wait. Pretty tight bail, Its not going to breath much, Which means it wont mold in the middle, just carmelize, or turn black. Its ok though, cows eat the black stuff like candy. | |
