Central Illinois | Whisker switches from Napa mounted on 95lb pull magnet from Harbor Freight work well. My favorite so far, is small mercury switch mounted on magnet with rubber clamp. With the mercury switch, you do not have to worry about hitting specific piece on the planter. You can also twist the magnet to adjust when the swith makes contact. I have mine set to activate before planter wheels are down so hyd drive motors are up to speed before trucount clutches kick in. | |
