wahpeton, nd | I would not work for anyone that held money back. If i worked for the set wage, I am entitled to it! This crap of using employee's wages in your checking account is wrong. Will the employee get the witheld money in the end or will he be fired to prevent him from receiving it? I would not trust an employer that held witheld money from me. A bonus is fine at the end of the year but should it be based off of profit or yields? The profits have little to do with the performance of the employee. It is not his fault if it is to wet or to dry. Are market prices a factor when paying bonuses or should bonuses be based strictly on work performance? |
