What else do you know about workmans comp. laws?  I've got around 10 employees that work weekends April and May, and then 30 to 40 hours a week June, July, and August, and then weekends September and October.  I've got 2 insurance salesmen that think I need it, but my tax guy says I don't.  I'm not opposed to it, kind of sounds like it will sort of cover my butt if something happened to a worker.  Already have a liablity plan for the farm.  I tried to find stuff online but didn't come up with much.  Thanks J.R.
