I agree with holding back $2 and giving performance bonus. I work partime on large farm at planting and harvest. Fulltime people get harvest bonus for good yields/gross income ... I wish I had gotten it just once in the last 9 yrs. I'll put in 1000 hrs/ year, and am a good operator. I deserve it too .. even a partial bonus
