central WI | i agree with that. we're looking at the $15/hr range. i think it's a fair starting spot. the man we're looking to hire is a life-long neighbor/friend that may be looking to get out of his small dairy farm due to hard times in the business. we're looking to expand a little and thought we could take over his land and hire him on so that it would be a win-win for everyone.
does anyone know about other associated expenses with hiring an employee? as far as i know, the only thing we really need to carry would be unemployment insurance. we don't plan on any type of benifits/medical/dental/etc... | |
