I don't think any expectation should be put on people to go to any of the participating churches. Jesus was with the poor. He stood by them in the trenches teaching them the message of salvation. However, at no time was their an expectation those same poor he ate with and taught "had" to follow Him. There was only He being with them, and an invitation to follow. Some did, many did not.

IMO, the participating churches should keep the ministry going. Not for the people being served, for the people serving.
