We just bought a tool called an Air Arc. It uses carbon rods and oxygen. You push this carbon rod thru the center of the frozen pin, the metal melts out similar to torching. Just cool it off and drive out the pin. Just re-pinned a 8300t front idlers that had the pins froze in. Works good, maybe a local welding store may have one to demo for a while.
