The professional drivers will be upset, but there is no serial numbers on corn or beans. For all the DOT knows its yours. As far as that goes it is half yours right? You could even go as far as having the weight ticket have your name on it if the DOT is watching, and call back later and say you made a mistake, and they will change it......

But in all reality, its not that much trouble to get a CDL and a Medical card. I'm 34 this year, and have held a CDL since I was 18. I do not hire out our one truck that is liscenced as Private use either.
