There actually about 200 more hours than this on it now. Its a 5088, but she is 100 percent original. Mechanically they are good tractors. Had a neighbor with a 5488 on a straight pipe, man did that thing sound good pulling a big disk...lol. These tractors are pretty queit, a huge improvment in cab noise over the 1066 you mentioned. The 3 point hitch control isn't the best, but there is an aftermarket lever you can put on it that makes it better, chances are yours might have it alredy. 4840's were popular in these parts, never had one, but I know they were good tractors. 5488 will out pull it probably, especially with the MFD.
