Any special order part that is returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee. That is up to the dealers disgression. If it is a part they normally stock they normally do not charge the restocking fee. If it is a part that they normally do not stock, they send it back to the parts hub and then they are only credited 85% of the cost of the part. Thus the 15% restocking fee.
